This site presents our video production work. Actual production engagements are governed by the individual proposal and agreement signed for each project, not by these terms. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Results shown in our case studies (views, funds raised, signups) are outcomes reported for past client projects. They illustrate our work; they are not a guarantee of future results.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, design, videos, branding) belongs to CreatedNow or to the clients whose work is showcased. Client names, logos and productions remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as references to delivered work. Do not reuse any of it without written permission.

Third-party services

Booking runs on Cal.com and some videos play through Vimeo. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from the use of this site or from reliance on its content.

Governing law
