Who we are

CreatedNow is operated by CREATED NOW PRODUCTION SERVICES L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 1436227). This policy explains what personal data we collect on creatednow.com, why, and what your rights are. What we collect

Booking a call: when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the name, email address and answers you choose to provide. We use them to prepare and run the call, and to follow up with you about your project.

Site operations: our hosting provider (Vercel) and content delivery network (Cloudflare) process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site securely and reliably.

Page visits: some pages, including personalised prospect pages, the booking page and the careers pages, record basic visit events (page viewed, time of visit, and — on the application form — how far through the questions you got) so we know which of our outreach was seen and where our application form loses people. This is first-party measurement of our own pages. We build no advertising profiles and do no cross-site tracking.

Careers pages only: when you visit our careers pages or apply for a role, the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel loads and records a page view, and a lead event when an application is submitted. It measures our recruitment advertising and runs on the careers pages alone — it is not present on any other page of this site.

Embedded video: some videos play through the Vimeo player. When you press play, Vimeo may process data under its own privacy policy; we use privacy-enhanced embed settings where the player supports them.

Browser storage: we store small interface preferences (such as a last-viewed tab) in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. We do not send marketing emails you have not asked for.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small set of service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and media delivery), Cal.com (call scheduling), Vimeo (video playback) and Google Workspace (email). Each processes data under its own safeguards and only to provide its service.

Retention

We keep booking and correspondence data for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a legitimate reason to retain it, then delete it. Server logs are retained for the short periods set by our providers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: reach us through our LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/company/creatednow) or the booking page on this site. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure and objection. We also apply the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date. Material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
